Marinated Fried Fish

This dish is worth to taste. Unusual piquant taste imparts special relish to your table. Serve marinated fish with mayonnaise mixed with gherkins.

Make marinade with lemon juice, oil, chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Cut fish in small cubes and soak in marinade for 30 minutes. Then roll fish cubes in breadcrumbs and fry in preheated oil.

800 g fish.
1/3 ea lemon.
3 tb oil.
6 tb breadcrumbs.
2 tb oil to fry.
1 c mayonnaise.
