Gomi

Gomi is dense, pasty dish made from corn and wheat flour. (without salt or spices). It is served hot instead of bread to spicy dishes.



Method:
Add wheat flour into boiling water and cook, stirring constantly, on low heat. Shortly before finishing, add corn flour, stir quickly, cover and cook on low heat until done.

Ingredients:
150 g wheat flour.
50 g corn flour.
1/2 l water.
