Method:
Fill 3/4 a pan with water, add oil and a tablespoon salt. Bring to boil. Put noodles and boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Strain water and wash under running cold water. Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry on high heat quickly. In a separate bowl combine sour cream and a yolk, pepper. Julienne the cheese. Combine noodles with bacon and put on a mold greased with butter. Dress with sour cream sauce and top with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven 210C for 15 minutes.

Ingredients:
600 g noodles.
200 g soft cheese.
150 g sour cream.
1 tb oil.
125 g smoked bacon.
10 g butter.
1 ea yolk.
Salt.
Ground pepper.
