Bal is a national Kyrgyz beverage made from honey and spices. Bal is served hot.


Method:
Bring water to boil, add ginger, cinnamon, cloves, pepper, a bay leaf to it and then bring to boil again. In 5-10 minutes stir in honey and strain.

Ingredients:
100 g honey.
0,25 g black pepper.
0,25 g bay leaf.
5 g ginger.
25 g cloves.
1 l water.
20 g cloves.
