Apple Cake

The quickest dish in order not be despaired, meeting unexpected guests. The wonderful dessert for tea or coffee.

Beat up eggs with sugar and baking powder. Stir in flour and mix thoroughly. Slice apples.
Grease baking pan with oil. Cover the bottom with apple slices. Pour over the dough. Bake in a well heated oven for about a half an hour.
When cake is ready, cool it down, take out of the pan. Serve with tea.

3 ea eggs.
1 c flour.
1 c sugar.
4 ea sour apples coarsed and peeled.
1 tb baking powder.
